2nd Grade students got a visit from Mr. Chase. He is a carpenter by trade, and he explained how he used measurement in the real world on his job everyday. Students in second grade asked many questions and we were very proud of their polite behavior. Students are learning about measurement (inches, feet, and yards), and this week they have been using their fraction skills to measure 1/2, 1/4, 2/4, and 3/4 on their rulers! Way to go second grade, so proud of you!!!
