Culinary Arts 2 students traveled to Greenwood, MS to visit The Alluvian Hotel, Giardina's Restaurant, and The Viking Cooking School. Students enjoyed learning the history of the hotel and restaurant and exploring Mississippi-based Viking Range Corporation's cooking school and retail store. Students were treated to lunch at Fan and Johnny's restaurant in downtown Greenwood as a reward for becoming ServSafe Food Protection Manager certified. We are so proud of these students' accomplishments!
