Culinary Arts I

students are learning how to read recipes, properly measure ingredients, and mise en place their workstations. Students applied their skills in a Halloween kitchen lab where they prepared recipes they researched including caramel apples, bacon chicken pinwheels, Oreo cheesecake bites, air fryer Apple fritters, boo bark, Halloween sugar cookies, spicy salsa with homemade bat tortilla chips, and pizza bones with marinara sauce.
