The Choctaw County Culinary Arts department hosted the 2019 Council of Governments Dinner sponsored by the Choctaw County Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, November 14. Culinary Arts students were responsible for menu development, food preparation, beverage preparation, dining room setup, and dining service. This event gives students an opportunity to apply their knowledge and skill to serve our community. Students enjoyed treating Choctaw County dignitaries to a special meal in the Culinary Arts Dining Room. The menu included appetizers of Harvest Tea and a Charcuterie Board, Caesar Salad, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Marinated Green Beans, and Baked Rigatoni, and Lemon or Chocolate Delight for dessert.
