Mr. Black's Construction/Carpentry classes made some awesome wood crosses! If you are interested in buying one, please let us know at 662-285-4152. Large 3 foot tall/2 foot wide are $25. Small 2 foot tall 16 inches wide are $20 (wood burned, white, or white burned).


The Epic Work Program is a great opportunity for students 16 and older. Students in the Choctaw County School District will have a chance to gain experience in the career of their choice. Contact Mrs. Tonya Johnson, Career Coach, to begin the process.

The Dollar General Literacy Foundation (DGLF) awarded more than $4 million to support 730+ schools, libraries and nonprofit organizations in the communities that Dollar General calls home. The recipients plan to use the funds to purchase books, technology, equipment or materials to help extend a brighter future for K-12 students. The Choctaw County High School Library was one of these recipients this year!


The Miss and Little Miss Charger Pageant forms are due tomorrow (1/21) with the $25 entry fee. Fan favorite bags will be available for parents or students to pick up at all school offices by Wednesday. Pageant practice for the Miss Charger Pageant is Wednesday, January 29th, and practice for the Little Miss Charger Pageant is Thursday, January 30th. Both practices are at the Ty Cobb Auditorium at 3:30. Fan favorite bags need to be turned in on the day of pageant practice. Thank you to the Broken Wings Ministry for providing the pizza party treats for the top collectors for the food drive last semester. The 3rd grade students enjoyed the special treat!

French Camp Elementary Fifth & Sixth graders are participating in the 2025 ReadBowl sponsored by NFL Superstar Malcolm Mitchell. Students will be competing against schools all across the WORLD to see who is crowned the READ BOWL CHAMPION!
