CCHS & Choctaw Medical Clinic would like to offer the Moderna vaccine to students who are 16 or older. This will take place at the CCHS campus at a time & date to be determined. Consent forms & registration forms were sent home Monday, September 20th. These forms must be turned back in to the CCHS office by this Thursday, September 30th.
Mrs. Lucas has her 6th graders at Ackerman Elementary School on track during centers. Lots of fun activities have these students on track with learning. #teamAES
